Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide luggage assistance including check in, check out, and room moves
  • Deliver messages, luggage, packages and run errands to exceed guest expectations
  • Answer questions about amenities, services, policies, attractions, dining, entertainment and directions
  • Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests
  • Maintain luggage carts and track bell cart inventory
  • Handle guest requests and refer to appropriate department manager
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience
