Job Requirements

  • Current and valid State Driver's License
  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period during a work shift
  • Ability to move at a speed required to respond to work situations with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Duties

  • Greets and assists owners and guests in appropriately transporting and securing their luggage and other special requests and deliveries
  • Monitors the front entrance of the property and arrivals
  • Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards
  • Ensures an organized, safe, clean front entrance and lobby area
  • Carries out reasonable requests by management, including assisting other departments
