Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to move, push, and pull objects up to 100 lbs without assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods or entire shifts
- Requires constant motion including bending, pushing, and pulling
- Familiarity with desktop computer systems, printer, telephone, copier, fax, two-way radio, and bell cart operation

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Prior customer service experience preferred, especially in hotels
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving ability
Job Duties
- Engage warmly and professionally with guests
- Remain actively engaged with guests at all times
- Always greet guests with a pleasant smile and open doors
- Ensure all arriving and departing guests receive prompt and courteous service
- Store, retrieve, assist, and load luggage for guests according to hotel policies
- Assist guests with parking procedures
- Provide support to Concierge and Guest Relations teams including transportation arrangements and special requests
- Deliver parcels, mail, and special deliveries timely to guestrooms and other locations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas and bell closet
- Follow up on guest complaints and adhere to service recovery processes
- Use bell carts effectively and safely
- Ensure the floor is fully covered to provide continuous support and service
- Direct and escort guests to their destinations within the hotel
- Notify Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals promptly
- Be knowledgeable about local attractions, hotel amenities, facilities, and hours of operation
- Understand inter-departmental relationships and operations
- Maintain proper phone etiquette
- Follow company policies on appearance, confidentiality, and asset protection
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Follow all safety and security policies and complete required training
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless guest experience
