Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must be 25 years old to be on valet/motor vehicle insurance
- Background checks will be run for driving records
- Willing to work in any department to serve guests
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and friendly demeanor
- Previous experience working in an upscale hotel is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and assist in multiple departments
Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
- Valet guest vehicles
- Assist with room service
- Identify and explain room features to guests
- Transport guest luggage to and from the hotel lobby
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Supply guests with directions
