Job Description

The position of Valet Attendant is available at a renowned casino resort known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through a blend of excellent customer service and a vibrant entertainment environment. Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Job Duties

  • Safely and responsibly park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas
  • Maintain a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles
  • Assist guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles
  • Manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment
  • Coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage
  • Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff
  • Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues
  • Report any damages or issues promptly and accurately
