Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Job Duties
- Safely and responsibly park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas
- Maintain a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles
- Assist guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles
- Manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage
- Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff
- Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues
- Report any damages or issues promptly and accurately
