Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in hospitality
- Must have a valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and a spotless driving record
- Must maintain impeccable dress and overall appearance with a naturally cheerful disposition
- Must treat all guests with care and respect
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be willing to work full-time on a schedule defined by operational needs, including weekends and holidays
- Must conform to hotel dress and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Broad knowledge of local restaurants, nightlife, museums, current events, and attractions
- Impeccable dress and appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in hospitality
- Experience driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Job Duties
- Assist guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles
- Help guests with luggage and transportation needs
- Prepare guest rooms for immediate occupancy by turning on lights, opening drapes, and informing guests about room features
- Operate vehicles responsibly according to traffic laws within the hotel parking facilities
- Direct hotel traffic and assist guests entering and leaving the parking area
- Provide guests with accurate directions to local restaurants, nightlife, museums, and attractions
- Answer guests' questions and offer assistance with calling taxis, holding pet leashes, and storing luggage
