Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Formal butler, etiquette, or Forbes service training is a strong advantage
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting of guest belongings or amenities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of luxury hospitality experience preferably in front office, guest relations, or butler services
- Strong working knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide service standards preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of etiquette, discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm demeanor
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- On-call availability for VIP guest arrivals may be required
Job Duties
- Serves as the first point of contact with guests upon arrival
- Welcomes guests by name and assists with luggage
- Provides hotel orientation and room feature demonstrations in line with Forbes standards
- Safely transports guest luggage to and from rooms and vehicles
- Maintains cleanliness and presentation of lobby, bell stand, and storage rooms
- Coordinates personalized guest amenities ensuring timely delivery
- Actively engages in public areas to anticipate and fulfill guest requests
- Assists guests with unpacking and packing services upon request
- Manages personal guest requests such as laundry, pressing, shoe care, transportation, and dining arrangements
- Documents and communicates guest preferences and service interactions
- Supports Guest Relations Manager with guest recognition and VIP tracking
- Upholds polished appearance and professionalism adhering to grooming and service standards
- Maintains full confidentiality and discretion regarding all guest matters
