- At least one year of experience in customer service or similar role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic writing skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries courteously
- Physically capable of carrying luggage and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Provide a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel
- Assist with luggage and packages upon arrival and departure
- Arrange transportation for guests when necessary
- Greet guests and take luggage to guestrooms promptly when checking in and out
- Check and secure guests' luggage until departure
- Hail taxicabs and answer guest inquiries
- Provide guests with information about their stay and the hotel
- Book tours and assist with general inquiries when concierge is unavailable
- Keep bell closet and assigned public areas clean and tidy
- Polish and clean bell carts daily
- Submit all found articles with a Lost and Found Report
- Assist valet team during busy periods and cover lunch breaks
- Deliver messages, packages, flowers, wine, and housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request
- Clean and set up meeting rooms for functions
- Direct guests to various meeting rooms
- Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions including morning coffee service and nightly concierge events
- Turn in keys to proper department at shift end
