Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a team-oriented high-volume fast-paced guest-centric environment
- Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be bilingual
- Must be able to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 80 pounds
- Requires grasping writing standing sitting walking repetitive motions bending climbing listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
- Must be able to stand sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Reach overhead and below the knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bilingual is required
- Physical ability to move and handle luggage weighing up to 80 pounds
- Basic knowledge of concierge services
Job Duties
- Greet arriving guests and retrieve their luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms explaining room facilities
- Deliver luggage messages faxes and packages to guests
- Transport departing guests' luggage to lobby ensuring all items are accounted for
- Assist with keeping lobby area clean and orderly
- Ensure luggage is stored safely according to procedures
- Provide gracious attentive and friendly service
