Job Requirements
- Minimum six months related experience and/or training
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish may be required at some properties
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Good physical stamina
- Team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months related experience
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with computer software related to front office operations
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages preferred, especially English and Spanish
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive workplace demeanor
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a standing upright position as they enter the community maintaining the highest quality of customer service
- Assist guests with luggage to their rooms promptly when checking in and upon checking out
- Assist guests by taking luggage to the curb to meet their transportation
- Remove trash, papers, cans, bottles, cups, etc., in lobby area between housekeeping runs
- Polish and clean bell carts
- Check and secure guests' luggage until pickup
- Provide other assistance to guests as necessary to ensure the highest quality of service
- Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly matter
