Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
must have a high school diploma or equivalent
valid Pennsylvania driver's license is helpful
must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
physical ability to lift, push or pull 30-50 pounds
must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
must be able to reach, stretch, bend, kneel, and squat

Job Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and departure
assist guests with luggage and transport
deliver amenities and packages to guest rooms
provide shuttle service for guests
share information about the hotel and the historic district
secure proper parking arrangements
ensure a welcoming and professional first impression
