Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience with similar vehicle types
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company insurance requirements
- No positive drug or alcohol test history
- No more than two moving traffic violations within the past 36 months
- No DUI convictions within the past five years
- Must be at least 25 years old to operate shuttle vehicles
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles other than shuttles
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to push and pull carts/equipment up to 250 lbs
- Must maintain a neat and clean appearance according to company grooming standards
- Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours continuously
- Ability to comply with all company safety, security, and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Windows OS and MS Office
- Ability to operate office equipment such as multi-line phones and printers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems and POS
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with patience and diplomacy
Job Duties
- Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage
- Inform guests of all safety features and promote hotel outlets when possible
- Offer information about hotel services, facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
- Store guest luggage upon request and assist with loading and unloading luggage from automobiles
- Call taxis for guests as requested
- Prepare and maintain tour and delivery paperwork to uphold operational standards
- Supervise group baggage transfers and amenity deliveries to ensure proper handling and completion
- Maintain the check-in station’s appearance, organization, and operational effectiveness
- Assist other departments with transporting boxes and supplies
- Promote a positive working environment and follow company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of valet stand, driveway, bell closet, and bell carts
- Safely operate guest vehicles from valet area to parking and return vehicles for guest pick-up
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
