- Valid Nevada driver’s license
- TAM card and complete motor vehicle report
- Must possess high school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year previous experience in guest services
- Be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles
- Must possess excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and thank each guest during the arrival and departure experience
- Assist, retrieve, store guest luggage
- Perform room deliveries
- Open car and lobby doors for all guests
- Maintain traffic control, ensuring fire lanes are kept clear at all times
- Secure taxis and other transportation for guests
- Maintain proper control of all guest keys
- Carry out, within capabilities, all reasonable requests by management
