- Ability to maintain physical aspects of the position including lifting and long periods of standing
- Demonstrated care, compassion, and respect in guest interactions
- Previous guest service experience preferred

- Engage with guests by answering inquiries and offering local recommendations
- Manage guest vehicles safely and with care
- Promote a warm and welcoming atmosphere consistent with company values
