Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Good driving record
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Good communication skills in English
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Enthusiastically open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Assist all guests arriving by car, taxi or limousine by opening the car door and helping to unload luggage with extreme care for protection of guest property
- Maintain post outside front doors at all times
- Assist all guests in obtaining a taxi or limousine and, if necessary, assist with loading of luggage
- Keep area swept and clear of litter at all times
- Check and uncheck luggage for guests when needed
- Provide directions, maps and other information about the immediate and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clear roadway directly in front of the hotel entrance
- Direct delivery packages to the appropriate entrance
- Keep an umbrella in an accessible area to assist guests during inclement weather
- Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty
- Share recommendations and provide brochures, maps, and collateral on guest activities and places of interest
