Job Requirements

  • Must have previous guest service experience preferred
  • Must be caring, compassionate and respectful
  • Must be able to maintain the physical aspects of the position including lifting luggage and standing for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Ability to use basic computer software advantageous
  • Must be energetic and engaging
  • Willingness to contribute positively to guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage handling
  • Provide efficient valet parking services
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and entrance areas
  • Manage guest vehicles and coordinate with the front desk
  • Engage with guests by answering inquiries and offering local recommendations
  • Ensure safety and security of guest belongings and vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
