Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and confidently
- strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage or other items
- basic knowledge of traffic and parking regulations
- must be available to work overnight shifts
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak business days
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a valet or in a similar customer service role
- familiarity with local area and traffic patterns
- certification in defensive driving or related safety training
- ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission
- strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- basic knowledge of traffic and parking regulations
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests by helping unload luggage from vehicles
- safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas while adhering to traffic and safety regulations
- maintain clear communication with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movement efficiently
- inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and report incidents immediately to management
- assist guests with luggage or other needs to enhance their experience
- keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- manage keys securely and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations
- provide information and directions to guests as needed
