Job Requirements

  • You are at least 21 years old
  • you have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 2 years
  • energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed
  • great communicator in both written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach
  • thrive in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way

Job Qualifications

  • A passion for hospitality and creating genuine human connections
  • valid driver’s license with clean record for more than 2 years
  • ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions is preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional appearance with a relaxed, confident demeanor

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and departure with sincerity and professionalism
  • assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings safely and efficiently
  • safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of care
  • escort guests to their rooms and provide clear information about hotel amenities and services
  • anticipate guest needs and personalize each experience with thoughtful attention
  • communicate clearly and naturally avoiding overly formal or scripted interactions
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, driveway, and bell stand areas
  • collaborate closely with the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
  • demonstrate discretion, reliability, and impeccable attention to detail
