Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of helicopter aviation experience
- Commercial rotorcraft license
- CFI or CFII certification
- Minimum 1000 hours total time in helicopters
- Minimum 500 hours as instructor pilot
- No revocation of any pilot’s license by FAA or regulatory agencies
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Availability to work shifts outside of standard 8am-5pm schedule
- Compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Commercial rotorcraft license
- Certified flight instructor (CFI) or CFII with AGI for ground instructors
- At least 5 years of helicopter aviation experience

- Minimum 500 hours as instructor pilot

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and MS Projects
Job Duties
- Deliver academic ground instruction and simulator training to customers for visual and instrument flight
- Coordinate and participate in development of flight and ground training courseware
- Follow flight safety and practice area procedures
- Interface with maintenance facility group to ensure aircraft are adequately prepared for flight
- Comply with all applicable Aviation Authority requirements
- Travel domestically or internationally as required
- Provide subject matter expertise during sales and marketing flights
