Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of helicopter aviation experience
  • bachelor's degree
  • commercial rotorcraft license
  • certified flight instructor (CFI/CFII) or aviation ground instructor (AGI) certification
  • minimum 1000 helicopter flight hours
  • minimum 500 hours as instructor pilot
  • no revocation of pilot's license by FAA or regulatory agencies
  • self motivated and disciplined
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proactive with attention to detail
  • ability to work in a collaborative team

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • commercial rotorcraft pilot license
  • certified flight instructor (CFI/CFII) or aviation ground instructor (AGI) certification
  • minimum 5 years of helicopter aviation experience
  • at least 1000 helicopter flight hours
  • minimum 500 hours as an instructor pilot
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and MS Projects
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • self-motivated and goal oriented

Job Duties

  • Deliver academic ground instruction and simulator training to customers for visual and instrument flight
  • coordinate and participate in development of flight and ground training courseware
  • follow flight safety and practice area procedures
  • interface with maintenance facility to ensure aircraft preparedness
  • comply with all applicable Aviation Authority requirements
  • travel domestically and internationally as required
  • work shifts outside of standard hours as needed
  • provide subject matter expertise during sales and marketing flights
