Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior experience in valet and guest services
- advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office and Micros Station
- ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for entire shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- effective communication skills in English
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to multitask under pressure
- flexible availability including long hours
- knowledge of safety and security procedures
- ability to work under minimal supervision

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of prior valet and guest services experience in hospitality or fast-paced environments
- advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office and Micros Station
- excellent customer service and sales skills
- strong communication abilities in English
- energetic and outgoing personality
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and follow directions accurately
- understanding of financial transactions and ability to operate a cash register
- knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Duties
- Greet guests and offer assistance with check-in and check-out
- deliver laundry and store luggage
- escort guests to and from rooms explaining in-room amenities and hotel facilities
- provide valet parking service following company guidelines
- coordinate with car rental, taxi, tour, and limo services to ensure quality guest transport
- recommend local restaurants, theaters, and activities to guests
- maintain cleanliness and readiness of bell carts and company vehicles
- report and address guest complaints promptly
- exhibit knowledge of guest services, hotel policies, and safety procedures
- perform physical tasks including lifting luggage up to 100 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods
- maintain professional communication with guests, management, and coworkers
