Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- 1+ years of prior valet and guest services experience in hospitality or fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- deliver laundry and store luggage
- escort guests to and from rooms explaining amenities and emergency procedures
- deliver flowers, packages, gifts, and messages as prioritized
- provide valet parking following company transportation guidelines
- assist with relations with car rental, taxi, tour, and limo services
- provide local information and recommend area attractions to guests
- maintain and polish bell carts and keep work areas clean and orderly
- manage maintenance, refueling, and trip logs of company vehicles
- report and follow up on guest complaints promptly and professionally
- document incident information clearly
- deal with customers using patience and tact to resolve issues
- perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances
- stand, walk, or sit continuously during shifts
- observe signs of emergency situations
- lift or carry items up to 100 pounds
- climb stairs and ladders rapidly
- perform duties in extreme temperature conditions
- work an 8-hour shift with varying schedules as needed
