Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in valet and guest services preferred
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent English communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Must be energetic, outgoing and organized
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- 1 plus years of previous valet and guest services experience in hospitality or fast-paced environment preferred
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or micros station
- Working knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as a team player

Job Duties
- Greet guests, offer assistance with check-in/check-out, deliver laundry and store luggage
- Know the complete hotel facilities and layout to escort guests to and from rooms, explain in-room amenities, emergency procedures and facilities
- Deliver flowers, packages, gifts, amenities, messages and parcels as directed
- Provide valet parking service according to company transportation guidelines
- Assist with relations with car rental companies, taxi, tour and travel, and limo services
- Provide information and recommend local restaurants, theaters, events and activities
- Maintain bell carts and work area clean and orderly
- Handle maintenance, cleaning, refueling, and trip logs for company vehicles
- Report and follow-up on guest complaints and problems
- Demonstrate working knowledge of guest and hotel services, policies and operations
- Use clear English communication, listen empathetically, and document incident information
- Effectively deal with internal and external customers requiring tact and diplomacy
- Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling and walking significant distances
- Stand, walk or sit continuously during shift
- Observe and detect signs of emergency situations
- Lift and move goods weighing up to 100 pounds
- Climb stairs and ladders quickly
- Perform duties in extreme temperature ranges
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as required
