Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous experience in valet and guest services preferred
- valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record
- ability to drive manual transmission
- ability to stand for entire shift
- physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
- 1+ previous valet and guest services experience in hospitality or fast-paced environment preferred
- valid U.S. driver's license with clean record
- ability to drive manual transmission required
- advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and/or Micros Station
- working knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- excellent customer service and sales skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests, offer assistance with check-in/check-out, deliver laundry and store luggage
- know the complete hotel facilities and layout to escort guests to/from rooms, explaining amenities, emergency procedures, and hotel facilities
- delivery of flowers, packages, gifts, amenities, messages, and parcels according to priorities
- provide valet parking service following transportation guidelines
- assist activities and relations with car rental companies, taxi, tours, limo, etc.
- provide information and recommend area restaurants, theaters, events, and activities
- polish and maintain bell carts and work area cleanliness
- handle company vehicle maintenance including cleaning, refueling, and trip logs
- report and follow up on guest complaints professionally
- use clear and concise communication, listen with empathy, provide accurate information, document incidents
- effectively deal with customers requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy
- perform physical duties such as bending, stooping, kneeling, walking significant distances, standing, and lifting up to 100 pounds
- climb stairs and ladders
- work in extreme temperature ranges
- work flexible 8-hour shifts, varying days and times
