Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
  • ability to stand, walk, or sit continuously during shift
  • strong verbal communication skills in English
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, walk extensive distances and climb stairs quickly
  • willingness to work in extreme temperature ranges
  • previous experience in hospitality preferred
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • basic knowledge of hotel operations and services
  • physical stamina to meet job demands
  • customer service orientation with patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • ability to provide accurate information and handle guest inquiries professionally

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and offer assistance with check-in/check-out
  • deliver laundry and store luggage
  • escort guests to and from rooms explaining amenities and emergency procedures
  • deliver flowers, packages, gifts, messages, and parcels as prioritized
  • provide valet parking services following company guidelines
  • assist with fostering relations with car rental companies, taxi services, and tour providers
  • provide information and recommend local restaurants, theaters, and events to guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of bell carts and work areas
  • handle maintenance and cleaning schedules for company vehicles
  • report and follow-up on guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • use clear English communication and document incident information accurately
  • perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, lifting up to 100 lbs
  • climb stairs and ladders quickly
  • work within extreme temperature ranges
  • stand, walk, or sit continuously during shift
