- prior experience in a hospitality or guest services role preferred
- ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- effective communication skills
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests
- assist with check-in and check-out
- deliver laundry and store luggage
- escort guests to rooms explaining amenities and hotel facilities
- deliver flowers, packages, gifts, and messages
- provide valet parking service
- maintain good relations with car rental, taxi, and limo services
- recommend local restaurants, theaters, and community events
- polish and monitor bell carts
- maintain clean work area
- handle maintenance and refueling of company vehicles
- report and follow up on guest complaints
- use clear English communication
- deal with internal and external customers diplomatically
- perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, walking
- stand, walk, or sit continuously during shift
- observe emergency situations
- lift goods up to 100 lbs
- climb stairs and ladders
- perform duties in extreme temperatures
