Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in valet and guest services preferred
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Availability for flexible hours
- Knowledge of hospitality safety and security protocols
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to count cash and operate cash register
- Must be energetic and outgoing

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- 1+ years of previous valet and guest services experience in hospitality or fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Working knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions with attention to detail and speed
- Team player able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic financial information and arithmetic
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Job Duties
- Greet guests, offer assistance with check-in/check-out, deliver laundry and store luggage
- Know the complete hotel facilities and escort guests while explaining room amenities and emergency procedures
- Deliver flowers, packages, gifts, messages, and parcels
- Provide valet parking services according to company guidelines
- Assist with relationships with car rental companies, taxi services, and other transportation vendors
- Provide information and recommend local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Maintain and polish bell carts and company vehicles, handle cleaning and refueling schedules
- Report and address any guest complaints or problems promptly
- Use clear, concise communication and document incident information
- Perform physical tasks including lifting luggage up to 100 lbs, walking, bending, and climbing stairs
- Work within varying temperature conditions
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain professionalism throughout
