Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year valet or guest services experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Micros station
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and walk long distances
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Service-oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Ability to work flexible and long hours
- Must be energetic and outgoing
- Basic arithmetic skills for cash handling
- Ability to operate cash registers
- Must exercise confidentiality and discretion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in valet or guest services in hospitality or fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Micros station
- Working knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Effective English communication skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic financial and arithmetic skills
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Duties
- Greet guests and offer assistance with check-in/check-out and luggage delivery
- Escort guests to and from rooms explaining amenities and safety procedures
- Provide valet parking services following company transportation guidelines
- Coordinate with car rental, taxi, limo, and travel services to enhance guest experience
- Recommend local restaurants, theaters, events, and activities to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and polish bell carts and work areas
- Handle vehicle maintenance, cleaning, refueling, and trip logs
- Report and follow-up on guest complaints to ensure quality service
- Use clear communication and empathy in guest interactions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds, climbing stairs, and walking extensively
- Work effectively in various temperature conditions throughout shift hours
