Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Clear English speaking ability
- Physical capability to perform duties like bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions

Job Duties
- Greet guests, offer assistance with check-in/check-out, deliver laundry and store luggage
- Know the complete hotel facilities and layout to escort guests to and from their rooms, explaining all in-room amenities, emergency procedures and hotel facilities
- Deliver flowers, packages, gifts, amenities, messages and parcels as directed
- Provide valet parking service to guests following company transportation guidelines
- Assist and maintain good relations with car rental companies, taxi services, tour and travel companies, limo services
- Provide information and recommend area restaurants, theaters, community events, and activities
- Maintain bell carts and work area cleanliness, handle maintenance program for company vehicles, cleaning, refueling and logging trips
- Report and follow-up on any guest complaints or problems professionally and timely
- Perform physical duties including bending, stooping, kneeling, walking significant distances, lifting up to 100 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders
- Use clear, concise English, listen with empathy, and document incident information accurately
