Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in hospitality or fast-paced environment preferred
- Advanced computer software knowledge
- Service oriented with excellent customer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Energetic and outgoing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Team player with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Ability to handle cash transactions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in valet and guest services preferred
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and micros station
- Strong knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
Job Duties
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out
- Deliver laundry and store luggage promptly
- Escort guests to and from rooms explaining amenities and emergency procedures
- Provide valet parking service according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with local transportation and service providers
- Recommend area restaurants, theaters, and activities
- Maintain clean bell carts and work areas
- Manage maintenance and cleaning of company vehicles
- Report and follow-up on guest complaints professionally
- Use clear English communication and document incidents
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods
