Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in valet and guest services preferred
- advanced computer software knowledge including Microsoft Office and Micros
- working knowledge of safety and security procedures

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in valet and guest services in hospitality or fast-paced environment preferred
- advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office and Micros Station
- high school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- deliver laundry and store luggage
- escort guests to and from rooms explaining amenities and emergency procedures
- deliver flowers, packages, gifts, and messages as directed
- provide valet parking service following company transportation guidelines
- assist with relations with car rental, taxi, tour, and limo services
- provide recommendations on local restaurants, theaters, and events
- maintain bell carts and work area cleanliness
- handle maintenance of company vehicles including cleaning, refueling, and trip logs
- report and follow up on guest complaints professionally
- demonstrate working knowledge of guest and hotel services
- communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and lifting up to 100 lbs
- stand, walk or sit for the entire shift
- observe and detect emergency situations
- climb stairs and ladders rapidly
- perform duties in extreme temperatures
