Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in valet and guest services preferred
- Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Micros
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Energetic and outgoing
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible and long hours
- Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand entire shift

Job Qualifications

- 1+ years previous valet and guest services experience in hospitality or fast-paced environment preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests, offer assistance with check-in/check-out, deliver laundry and store luggage
- Know the complete hotel facilities and layout to escort guests to and from their rooms, explaining amenities and emergency procedures
- Deliver flowers, packages, gifts, amenities, messages and parcels as directed
- Provide valet parking services following company transportation guidelines
- Assist with relations to car rental, taxi, tour, and limo services to ensure quality guest service
- Provide information and recommend local restaurants, theaters, and events to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and polish bell carts, handle company vehicle maintenance and monitor work areas
- Report and follow up on guest complaints or problems professionally and promptly
- Use clear communication to assist guests and document incidents accurately
- Handle tasks requiring physical exertion such as bending, walking, lifting, and climbing
- Stand, walk, or sit as needed to perform job functions for entire shift
- Observe and detect emergency signs promptly and accurately
