Job Requirements
- Availability for either 3pm to 11pm or 2pm to 6pm shifts
- Valid driver's license without violations
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Able to push a bell cart weighing up to 100 pounds
- Previous guest/customer face-to-face experience of at least 6 months

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of previous guest/customer face-to-face experience
- Valid driver's license without violations
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and push a bell cart up to 100 lbs
Job Duties
- Assist guests with luggage, transport luggage to and from guest rooms
- Explain hotel facilities, locations, hours of operation, fire exits, and safety features to guests
- Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting guests
- Maintain cleanliness in the hotel front and lobby area including trash removal, mopping spills, sweeping, emptying trash cans, and ensuring neatness of business center, pool area, and workout facilities
- Deliver messages, packages, and mail to guests
- Perform scheduled airport pick-ups and drop-offs
- Park cars in approved valet parking areas and retrieve valeted cars on guest request, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain traffic flow in front of the hotel and parking areas at all times
