Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift moderate weights between 10-20 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests with their luggage promptly and courteously
  • Escort guests to the Front Desk and their rooms while informing them about hotel amenities
  • Coordinate with Front Desk and Associate Yard Service departments to provide efficient luggage assistance
  • Deliver guest room packages, newspapers, and pre-arranged amenities
  • Respond promptly to Hotsos requests for luggage assistance within designated time frames
  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and special promotions to enhance guest experience
