Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift moderate weights between 10-20 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with their luggage promptly and courteously
- Escort guests to the Front Desk and their rooms while informing them about hotel amenities
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Associate Yard Service departments to provide efficient luggage assistance
- Deliver guest room packages, newspapers, and pre-arranged amenities
- Respond promptly to Hotsos requests for luggage assistance within designated time frames
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and special promotions to enhance guest experience
