Job Duties
- Provide warm welcome and departure experience to guests
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
- Ensure guest luggage safety while under care
- Promote hotel amenities proactively to guests
- Escort guests to Front Desk and guest rooms
- Respond promptly to luggage assistance requests
- Handle guest room deliveries and packages
