Job Duties

  • Provide warm welcome and departure experience to guests
  • Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
  • Ensure guest luggage safety while under care
  • Promote hotel amenities proactively to guests
  • Escort guests to Front Desk and guest rooms
  • Respond promptly to luggage assistance requests
  • Handle guest room deliveries and packages
