Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an intense environment
- Proficient in English
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights up to 20 pounds
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistently

Job Duties
- Provide warm welcome and departure experience to guests
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
- Ensure guest luggage safety while under care
- Be proactive in providing service and promoting hotel amenities
- Escort guests to the Front Desk whenever possible
- Inform guests of hotel and in-room amenities while escorting to rooms
- Respond to luggage assistance requests promptly
- Handle guest room deliveries such as newspapers and guest packages
