Job Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions
- Ability to compute basic arithmetic
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Ability to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment
- Ability to follow directions thoroughly
- Ability to understand guest’s service needs
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent resort data
Job Qualifications

- Ability to input and access information in the property management system and computers
- Previous guest relations training
Job Duties
- Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms
- Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all resort services and features
- Attend to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and provide follow-through attention throughout their stay
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all resort services and amenities
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service
- Communicate effectively with guests and resort staff
- Uphold guest confidentiality and handle guest information with discretion
