Job Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Fluency in English verbally and non-verbally
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions
- Ability to compute basic arithmetic
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Ability to remain calm, think clearly, and resolve problems using good judgment
- Ability to follow directions thoroughly
- Understanding of guest service needs
- Ability to work cohesively with a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
Job Qualifications

- Previous guest relations training (desirable)
Job Duties
- Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms
- Escort guests to rooms and inform them of all resort services and features
- Attend to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all resort services and amenities
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers
- Load and unload luggage safely
- Work cohesively with co-workers and other departments
