Job Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current valid U.S. driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations within last two years or in good standing
- Ability to operate 2-way radio
- Physical ability to stand, walk, talk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Availability for shifts from 6:30 am to 1:00 am
- Must maintain a neat and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate 2-way radio for communication with staff
- Computer proficiency preferred
- Must have a current valid U.S. driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations within the last two years or in good standing based on Sundance’s insurance policy
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in both fast-paced and relaxed environments
- Must be 25 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Warmly welcome and engage every guest, taking care to learn names and preferences whenever possible
- Provide personalized assistance with directions, resort information, and activity updates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation of the Bell stand, Sundance vehicles, and guest reception areas
- Seamlessly introduce guests to the Front Desk or Concierge when appropriate
- Deliver personalized in-room check-ins, orienting guests to their accommodations and the property
- Assist with luggage handling, delivering bags promptly and respectfully to lodging units
- Respond quickly to shuttle requests and guest deliveries with courtesy and efficiency
