Job Requirements

  • Must be 25 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current valid U.S. driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations within last two years or in good standing
  • Ability to operate 2-way radio
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, talk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Availability for shifts from 6:30 am to 1:00 am
  • Must maintain a neat and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to operate 2-way radio for communication with staff
  • Computer proficiency preferred
  • Must have a current valid U.S. driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations within the last two years or in good standing based on Sundance’s insurance policy
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in both fast-paced and relaxed environments
  • Must be 25 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome and engage every guest, taking care to learn names and preferences whenever possible
  • Provide personalized assistance with directions, resort information, and activity updates
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation of the Bell stand, Sundance vehicles, and guest reception areas
  • Seamlessly introduce guests to the Front Desk or Concierge when appropriate
  • Deliver personalized in-room check-ins, orienting guests to their accommodations and the property
  • Assist with luggage handling, delivering bags promptly and respectfully to lodging units
  • Respond quickly to shuttle requests and guest deliveries with courtesy and efficiency
