- Minimum of one-year experience as valet or bellman preferably in luxury hotel environment

- valid driver's license meeting insurance carrier requirements

Job Duties
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently
- ensure safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in vehicles
- provide courteous and attentive customer service
- assist guests with their belongings
- offer information and create a positive welcoming experience
- manage incoming and outgoing traffic at valet station
- maintain accurate records of parked vehicles
- document relevant information for efficient retrieval
- act as communication link between guests and hotel departments
- facilitate guest requests and coordinate services
