Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- excellent customer service skills
- must be punctual and reliable
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license preferred for valet duties
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to handle luggage with care
- knowledge of hotel layout and local area is a plus
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- greet guests promptly upon arrival
- assist guests by loading and unloading luggage from vehicles
- escort guests and luggage to guest rooms
- tag and mark luggage for storage during check-ins and check-outs
- provide friendly and informative assistance to guests
- park cars in valet when needed
- transport luggage between lobby and guest rooms
