Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift heavy luggage
- customer service experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license for valet duties
- good physical fitness
- punctuality and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival and departure
- assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles
- escort guests and luggage to hotel rooms
- tag and mark luggage for storage in the bell closet
- transport luggage between lobby and guest rooms
- provide guests with information about hotel services and facilities
- park cars in valet when needed
