Job Requirements

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

Deliver guests luggage in a timely manner
Deliver messages and other items within the property promptly
Personalize guest orientation of their rooms in a professional and engaging manner
Maintain a visible presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand
Provide exceptional and welcoming service to all guests passing through
Collaborate cohesively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Adhere to safety and operational protocols when handling guest belongings
