Job Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest services environment
  • good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to work well unsupervised
  • ability to stand and be mobile 100% of the shift
  • ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 200 lbs
  • willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • ability to maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • attend required meetings
  • follow payroll and uniform procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests by opening car doors and greeting them
  • issue valet tickets when Bell Captain is unavailable
  • assist guests with unloading luggage and escort them to their rooms
  • provide detailed information about room types and amenities
  • help guests load luggage into vehicles and provide directions
  • act as a guide and support for in-house guests
  • assist front desk and concierge staff
  • act as doorman when needed
  • maintain a neat and tidy lobby area
  • recognize repeat guests
  • participate as a team player within the Guest Services department
