Job Requirements
- Pass the motor vehicle record check as per our insurance requirements
- must be at least 21 years old with a valid state issued driver’s license
- must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality experience
- bilingual skills preferred
Job Duties
- Practice OSHA standards and comply with company safety policies and procedures
- greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- present a personal demeanor that is professional, friendly, cheerful and courteous at all times
- assist guests by opening doors, unloading luggage from vehicle and transporting to their room, personally carrying the luggage or using a luggage cart
- acquaint guests with their rooms and their features
- respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- make deliveries to guest rooms upon request
