prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
ability to lift heavy luggage

ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Escort guests to and from their rooms
transport guest luggage and personal items efficiently
ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations
familiarize guests with room offerings and features
assist front desk with guest requests
maintain constant communication with Front Office and Valet
provide attentive and courteous service to guests
