Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and move luggage
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Escort guests and their luggage to and from guest rooms
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Valet teams to ensure timely service
  • Provide guests with information on room features and hotel amenities
  • Offer local recommendations and assist with guest inquiries
  • Maintain communication with hotel staff regarding guest needs
  • Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Handle luggage and personal items safely and efficiently
