- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting luggage
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous bell attendant or related experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and providing exemplary service in lobby
- Offering assistance and delivery of luggage to and from guest room
- Unloading of luggage into and out of vehicle
- Assisting with luggage storage, package handling and delivery
- Amenity delivery and set up
- Assisting with restaurant and transportation recommendations
- Providing guest services upon request
