Job Duties

  • escort guests to and from their rooms
  • transport guest luggage and personal items to and from rooms efficiently
  • ensure guests are comfortable with accommodations and room features
  • assist front desk with guest requests
  • maintain constant communication with front office and valet
  • provide attentive and friendly guest service
  • handle luggage with care and professionalism
