Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical capability to lift and carry luggage
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

- Willingness to learn about hotel services and local area

Job Duties
- Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
- Communicate continuously with Front Office and Valet to coordinate guest services
- Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with room features
- Provide recommendations about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Engage guests in casual conversation to enhance their stay
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of luggage storage areas
