Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical capability to lift and carry luggage
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
  • Communicate continuously with Front Office and Valet to coordinate guest services
  • Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with room features
  • Provide recommendations about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Engage guests in casual conversation to enhance their stay
  • Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of luggage storage areas
